The house is furnished confortably and with taste , having conserved many of the antique features that add to the charm of this lovely house.
Very agreable even off season, being fully central heated and with the added pleasure of passing the evenings in front of a welcoming log fire in the immense stone fire place.
There is no through traffic in the village and the little paths around the property are all pedestrian. A path leads from the house directly down to the river beaches which are completely safe and very much appreciated by families.

The upper terrace is an ideal sun-trap with a magnificent view over the River Cèze.
Part of the terrace is shaded by a trellis covered with sweet grapes and loungers are installed ready for afternoon siestas.
A little pedestrian path leads directly from the property down to the river beaches.
